The Vault
A contract with no withdraw function and no admin. $BITCOIN goes in. That's the feature.
Next 25% stream
The clock starts at launch.
Every 12 months
25% of the $BITCOIN that came in that year goes to people who have locked $NOMSTR in the lock pool.
The other 75% stays in the vault for good, along with everything from earlier years.
Because only that year's intake is shared, the vault total can never go down. If trading goes quiet, the Monday filings still never show No Strategy holding less.
If $NOMSTR crashes A calculator, not a forecast
How it's worked out: across their lifetimes, the Hatchery's five busiest coins traded about 1.7× their peak market cap, and 1.4% of that trading goes to the vault. Sell walls add whatever they sold below that market cap. $BITCOIN amounts use the current $BITCOIN price. Of everything acquired, 25% of each year's intake goes to people who locked $NOMSTR and the rest stays in the vault for good. Real figures could be far lower.
Who gets the 25% Token-days
Your share = $NOMSTR locked × days locked
| Example | Locked | Days | Token-days | Share |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Locked all year | 1,000,000 | 365 | 365M | 97.3% |
| Locked the day before | 10,000,000 | 1 | 10M | 2.7% |
Locking longer counts for more, and nobody can lock the day before and take a full share.
